November 28, 2005 - Well, that wasn't a good idea. The company I decided to go with has excellent support, but access to the site was lousy. Instead, I've gone with a new company which gives me much more freedom. (At a heavier price...but hey, it's worth it). Things should be much faster now!

May 7, 2002 - Some major changes are in the works. (as always!)  After that last voting poll, I decided to leave the links on the main page.  As opposed to drastically changing things, I've started to slowly integrate different features.   As you may have noticed, the latest additions to the classified ads are now visible on the main page, as well as the top forum posters and the latest discussion topics.  Feel free to look around and as always, email me if you have any suggestions or questions.  Enjoy!

April 6, 2002 - Wow, it's been awhile eh?  Happy New Year and Happy Spring! There are some major changes in store for Carfax in the near future.  If you visit CarfaxAbbey.net for all of the links, please bookmark this page: CarfaxAbbey.net - Links.  The main page is about to undergo some much needed changes!  The page of links will still be accessible from the new main page, it just won't be THE main page :)  Stay tuned! 

November 21, 2001 - Changed the layout of the menu in the forums to be more compatible at lower resolutions.

August 14, 2001 - I've given the Classified Ads a facelift.  Let me know what you think.  I've also added the: There are <%=Application("WhoOn")%> carfaxians online now.. thingie to all the main pages <G>  In addition to that, I've added a few more games to the games section.  Enjoy!

July 30, 2001 - Carfax Abbey is now running on its own server!!  All of the pages are safely moved over, the message boards are now on the server, the games are on the server, the classified ads are on the server?  All of the security patches are installed...  Enjoy!!

July 1, 2001 - Updated the color scheme on the main page to provide a more compatible color scheme with Borgo Pass.  Fixed a bug which showed up for those viewing in 800x600 mode.  The balls are back (due to popular demand).

March 31, 2001 - Updated Borgo Pass message software to 5.4.  Added informative links to the countdown days in the upper right hand corner of the main page.  Fixed a bug where the page didn't come up correctly  in Internet Explorer 4.0.  Also, added more/different quotes to the randomizers.  Any suggestions?  Click here!

January 16, 2001 - Working on changing this page (What's New).  Going to turn it into an "About Carfax Abbey" page with history, origins, and of course...What's New

January 1, 2001 - Happy New Millennium!  Carfax Abbey is 6 years old today!!!

December 20, 2000 - Updated Borgo Pass Message Center, now is much smoother and more like what Carfax Abbey started out as <G>  Enjoy!

November 29, 2000 - What isn't new? Added a "who's online" to the main page to show the current users in the Abbey Cafe!  Also, added the idle timeout to 10 minutes in the Cafe.  Enjoy!

November 27, 2000 - Re-Vamped the main page, many invisible changes to make editing easier.

October 19, 2000 - Added a countdown timer to Halloween, as well as a Halloween link off the main page.

October 16, 2000 - Feedback has been changed from an email link to a form to make email submission much better!

October 4, 2000 - Mostly visual changes, new images here and there....let me know what you think!

October 3, 2000 - Updated the Abbey Cafe!!!  Go check it out, and if there's no one there, lease a message on "The Wall"

September 22, 2000 - Added "Carfaxian Question" to the main page.  Moved "Spheres of Influence" message board to the local site.

September 13, 2000 - Modified the Random Quotes to update every time the page is loaded;  Added a random quote to Borgo Pass menu bar.

July 21, 2000 - Increased the size of the fonts on the main page...do you like?

July 14, 2000 - Lots of things have changed!!  Carfax has its own domain now, no more of the "Too Many Users are Connected, try again later" messages...
