A cult that met in the woods of Modest
Town. Rumors abounded during the time of a castle, a pyramid that rises out
of the water, a corn crib with bloody footprints on the ceiling, and even
human sacrifice and a shrine to the devil.

I know that this is just hearsay, however I did want to list 2 observations
that I learned of. I grew up in that area, a native of Parksley. I went to Arcadia
High School and graduated in 1990. I remember some of the discussions regarding the
cult. My father came home one day, saying that he and a friend took a helicopter and
flew over the area. He worked for NASA at the time. He stated that there was a
pyramid there.
Also, I later had a friend that had lived in Modest Town during that time. She said
that she was up late one night washing dishes. She said that the kitchen window faced
the road. She said that numerous (too many to count) vans came driving down the road,
some were painted with markings and that they were from all over the US.
Not much to add, but I just thought I would put this in here.
